Skills Assessment and Gap Training (SAGT)
This program is designed to assist construction workers who possess strong on-the-job experience and trade skills in obtaining the necessary gap training to earn a qualification.
The SAGT program will enable you to transform your experience into a formal qualification. It offers funding opportunities for individuals currently working in the industry, or those seeking to re-enter, who do not hold a formal qualification. Eligible applicants can benefit from subsidised Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and gap training, leading to the attainment of a nationally recognised Certificate III qualification.
