MSMWHS216 Operate Breathing Apparatus.
Day
The Operate Breathing Apparatus course applies to operators who are required to wear breathing apparatus for part of their job – because they are working in a confined space, with hazardous gases/ vapours, in an anoxic atmosphere or for other applications requiring the wearing of breathing apparatus.
Pre-requisites
None.
Entry Requirements
Participants must be compliant with AS/NZS 1715:2009 in regards to facial hair. Beards (including goatees) are not permissible. Moustaches will be allowed as long as they do not interfere with obtaining a proper inner seal of the orinasal cup in the face piece.
