Frequently Asked Questions

How much will I need to contribute?

The participant contribution is $500, subject to the applicable program and eligibility requirements.

Does completing the 60 Second Eligibility Check guarantee funding?

No. The check provides an initial indication based on the information you provide. Final eligibility and funding are subject to review, supporting evidence, program requirements and available places.

What happens if I am unsure about an eligibility question?

Select the relevant “unsure” option where available and provide additional information if requested. Your circumstances may require further review.

Can I apply for more than one qualification?

The program has rules relating to concurrent qualifications and funded training. Your circumstances will need to be reviewed before any qualification pathway is confirmed.

Can I use Recognition of Prior Learning or Credit Transfer?

Recognition of Prior Learning and Credit Transfer may be available, but program rules apply. In particular, eligibility may be affected where more than 50% of the qualification would be completed through RPL or Credit Transfer.

What if I have previously completed the qualification?

Previous completion or funding for the same or an equivalent qualification may affect eligibility.

Can I start with the full application?

The recommended first step is the 60 Second Eligibility Check. This helps determine which eligibility questions and next steps are relevant to your circumstances.
