Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ) Short Course
SDS Training has successfully been awarded short-course training subsidies for
those currently or recently employed in the Building and Construction Industry.
Eligible participants may qualify for a maximum of 8 Units of Competency ONLY per person; from October 01st
2017 to September 30th, 2018.
Vocational Education & Training in Schools (VETiS)
Schools and students have access to a range of Certificate III courses with SDS Training as we are an RTO approved by DET as a pre-qualified supplier (PQS) under the Certificate 3 Guarantee for the eligible qualification.
This means your participation in VETiS does not affect you as a student in your ability to access fee-free training as a Year 12 graduate or subsidised training through the Certificate 3 Guarantee — even if you have completed a certificate III level qualification at school.
This funding is a wonderful opportunity to kick start your career and jump ahead of the pack whilst still at school – all for FREE!
Certificate 3 Guarantee
The Certificate 3 Guarantee supports the Queensland Government’s Working Queensland jobs plan. The Certificate 3 Guarantee provides a government subsidy towards the training cost for eligible individuals undertaking their first post-school certificate III qualification.
